Buzz and Sparkle: Two Fun Classroom Games!

January 13, 2019

Today, I wanted to pop on over to share two fun, classroom games I’ve used in my classroom: Buzz & Sparkle!

Both games are whole group, circle games and only require about 5 minutes to play. I’ve used them for morning meeting games, warm ups, and even to calm students down after coming in from recess. You can head on over to my YouTube channel below to see how to play them:

If you don’t already know, this is the 3rd video of my new series called, “Susan’s Sunday Spotlight!” Every Sunday in 2019, I am showing up on YouTube with a new game to play in your room. This week you got TWO! Since they were so similar, I thought it was best to combine them.

I shared blog posts about the first two videos here: (Find the Fish) and here: (Erase ‘Em)!

If you like the video, be sure to subscribe to my channel. Also, click the bell to get an email with every new video!

Pin to remember:

I am always on the hunt for new games to play in the classroom! Both Buzz and Sparkle are whole goup circle games that only take a few minutes to play. They help students with counting and spelling words so they're great for a primary classroom. Head over to the post to see how to play!
