First grade grammar and language activities ready for you to use with your students! These activities and printables were created to align directly with the Common Core Language standards for 1st grade. Please see below to see which standards are included.

I found that I was lacking in materials to teach all the language standards aligned with the Common Core, so I created this pack of activities and printables to help teach and reinforce these skills to my first graders. I used many of these ideas as mini-lessons either during or before my writing block.

Language Standards included (shortened form):
