Free St. Patrick’s Day Comprehension and Poem

This is a fun way for students to practice their close reading skills as well as expand upon their vocabulary while reading a nonfiction passage that teaches them about their favorite holidays! Also included is a fun, fiction poem that students can read and practice skills like rhyming and visualizing.

This is an example of a unit I am currently working on that will include comprehension passages, questions, and poems for each of your students’ favorite holidays.
