Refund Policy

For Teachers Pay Teachers products, please refer to the TPT refund policy found here.

Math and Writing Club membership cancellations can be requested through your online portal via your log-in on sjtclub.mykajabi.com, or by emailing me at susanjonesteaching@gmail.com.

Math and Writing Clubs can be cancelled at any time for any reason.  Subscription fees will not be refunded.

For all other refund requests, or if you are having trouble with either of the above, please email me at susanjonesteaching@gmail.com and I will do my best to help you out!

If you are not satisfied with a product purchased within the last 48 hours, a full refund can be processed.
